Amanda Cunningham is an associate principal in 国产探花’s Washington DC office. In her role, she oversees all aspects of her client projects and is responsible for ensuring that her projects meet the client鈥檚 expectations and the firm鈥檚 high standard of quality.
Amanda has more than 15 years of experience as a LEED program manager, leading complex sustainability initiatives and stakeholder engagement efforts. Amanda is 国产探花鈥檚 Arc and LEED EB O+M expert, and advocates for what Arc does for the industry.
Amanda manages the LEED application process and ensures projects are on track to meet LEED credit requirements by conducting design, construction and performance analyses. Amanda ability to connect LEED to value helps project teams leverage each opportunity and align to owner鈥檚 requirements.
Prior to working at 国产探花, Amanda managed the LEED program for Kohl鈥檚 Department Stores. There she managed the certification of nearly 500 LEED projects including both non-retail projects and retail stores under LEED volume prototypes including New Construction, Commercial Interiors & Existing Buildings: Operations & Maintenance.
