After graduating from the University of Cambridge in 1994, Gillian worked in London on numerous prestigious refurbishment projects prior to joining ¹ú²ú̽»¨ in 2001.

Since taking a major role in the design team on the Emirates Stadium she has focussed on developing the company’s expertise in structural dynamics.  She has specialist knowledge of human perception of vibrations and, the derivation and definition of acceptance criteria, having completed a PhD in this field at the University of Bath in 2011.

Because of her technical expertise in this field she acts as ¹ú²ú̽»¨â€™s principal structural dynamics expert advising project teams across the globe.  She has successfully led teams to deliver effective vibration serviceability solutions in all sectors including sports/entertainment, leisure, cultural, education, residential, commercial and healthcare.

Gillian is a Fellow of the Institution of Structural Engineers.
