As a WELL Accredited Professional and Certified Energy Manager (CEM), he focuses on aligning occupant experience鈥攈ealth, comfort, and wellness鈥攚ith efficient, low-carbon building operations.

His experience spans higher education, government, commercial, and hospitality projects, giving him a holistic perspective on diverse project demands and opportunities. Justin is also an active contributor to the profession, serving on the board of the local Association of Energy Engineers (AEE) chapter and AIA鈥檚 Committee on the Environment (COTE) in Washington, DC.
