The Expo City Dubai masterplan transforms the legacy of Expo 2020 into a vibrant, innovation-driven community, setting a new benchmark for sustainable urban development.
Spanning 3.5 square kilometres, it integrates residential, commercial, cultural and recreational spaces to create a people-centric environment designed to thrive in a competitive real estate market.
Expo City Dubai has dedicated 231,970 m² of the masterplan to parks and nature, ensuring a seamless connection to the environment. Residential spaces make up over half the district, creating a vibrant and diverse community.
A multidisciplinary team from ¹ú²ú̽»¨ worked closely with architects UNStudio to develop a blueprint for this forward-looking and sustainable urban development.
